X-Nova — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.How subscriptions work

X-Nova Pro is a subscription billed monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments and refunds are handled by Creem, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.

2.Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from the subscription-management link on your Creem receipt / customer portal, or by emailing us at wolfren98@gmail.com.
• When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Cancelling by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period unless a refund applies under the section below.

3.Refunds

• 14-day satisfaction refund. If X-Nova Pro doesn't work as described or isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal for a full refund of that charge.
• Annual plans. After the first 14 days, we may refund the unused portion of an annual plan on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.
• AI credits. One-time AI credit top-ups, and credits already consumed, are non-refundable because they are a used digital benefit. Your monthly Pro credit allowance has no cash value.
• Abuse. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund-and-repurchase.

4.How to request a refund

Email wolfren98@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, with your Creem order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Creem; banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the funds.

5.Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country or region. Where those laws give you stronger rights, those rights apply.
