In short. Cancel anytime — you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
1.Free Trial
The 7-day free trial requires no credit card and incurs no charge. It ends automatically after 7 days.
2.Cancelling
Cancel anytime via your Creem customer portal or by emailing wolfren98@gmail.com. Pro access continues to the end of the paid period.
3.Refunds
- 14-day satisfaction refund on any initial purchase or renewal.
- Annual plans: pro-rata refund of unused portion at our discretion after 14 days.
- AI credit top-ups and consumed credits are non-refundable.
4.How to request
Email wolfren98@gmail.com with your Creem order number. We respond within 1–2 business days.
