These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the X-Nova browser extension and website (together, the "Service"), operated by SUN DANGRU ("X-Nova", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
X-Nova is a Chrome (Manifest V3) browser extension for X (Twitter). It measures the view velocity and acceleration of posts locally in your browser, shows on-page badges and a side panel, sends optional desktop alerts for accounts or keywords you choose to watch, offers a content filter, and can generate a short reply draft that you review and post yourself. X-Nova does not use X's official API and does not perform automated actions on your account.
Independence. X-Nova is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp, "X", or "Twitter", and those names are trademarks of their respective owners.
You must be old enough to hold an X account and to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Pro features are unlocked with a license key tied to your device. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential and for activity under it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use X-Nova for its intended purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer beyond what the law allows, or use the Service to build a competing product. All intellectual property in the Service remains ours.
X-Nova relies on third parties to work, including Cloudflare (hosting), an AI model provider (to generate reply drafts), and Creem (payments). Your use of the Service through these providers is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any post will go viral, that alerts will be timely or complete, that velocity estimates are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. X (Twitter) may change its website at any time, which can affect the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-Nova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; uninstalling the extension ends your use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
