These Terms govern your use of the X-Nova browser extension and website, operated by SUN DANGRU. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
X-Nova is a Chrome extension that measures post velocity locally, sends alerts, offers a content filter, and generates reply drafts you post yourself. It does not use X's official API and does not perform automated actions.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro features and 50 AI reply credits. To keep the service fair for all trial users, trial AI credits can be used at a rate of up to 10 per rolling 24 hours. The trial starts automatically on first use and requires no credit card. After 7 days, the account reverts to the Free plan unless a Pro subscription is activated.
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. AI credits are a consumable digital benefit.
Use the Service lawfully and in line with X's Terms. Do not use X-Nova to automate posting, bypass usage limits, or tamper with billing.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, alert timeliness, or velocity accuracy. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months before a claim.
